Prime Rib - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Boneless Rib Meat
Salt, pepper, crushed garlic/or bottled steak sauce
Preparation

Place meat on rack in oven pan-fat side up.
Rub meat with seasonings.
Turn oven up to 425\u00b0. Cook for 15 minutes, to sear meat.
Turn oven down to 325\u00b0 and cook 20 minutes for each pound of meat.
Do not
cover with foil while cooking.
Slice to thickness desired.
Ends well to rare in middle of meat, can cook longer if desire well done throughout.
