Banana Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar (may use Sweet*10 sweetener instead of sugar)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; beat well until all combined.
Blend in mashed bananas.
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Divide batter in half; add cocoa to half.
Spread in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Spoon remaining batter on top and swirl with a knife.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
