Working Man'S Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (29 oz.) can Veg-All
    1 (15 oz.) can Spanish rice
    1 small can cream-style corn
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can diced Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain. Dump the remaining ingredients into the pan or crock-pot (do not drain vegetables). Cook over low heat. The longer the stew simmers, the more the flavors blend.
