Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
2 large eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine melted butter with sugar. Add sour cream. Blend well. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in all remaining dry ingredients until blended.
Stir in chocolate chips. Bake in 9-inch greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Done when tester comes out clean and cake springs back.
Turn out onto plate. Dust with confectioners sugar when cool.
