Baked Cabbage And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 qt. shredded cabbage
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. franks, quartered
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    pinch of pepper
Preparation
    Cook cabbage in a small amount of water for 5 minutes until fairly tender.
    Drain and turn into buttered shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 of the salt and cover with the franks.
    Make a smooth white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Stir in mustard and remaining salt.
    Pour over casserole mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
