Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. cheese (Cheddar)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Chop and steam head of cabbage.
    Drain.
    Place 1/2 of cabbage in greased casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 can of water chestnuts, 1/4 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of cheese.
    Repeat another layer.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes until mixture is bubbly and cheese begins to melt.
