Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. orange juice
    3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    pastry for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, raisins and orange and lemon juices.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Set aside to cool.
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with pastry.
    Pour in cooled raisin filling.
    Put top crust on and seal and crimp.
    Brush top with milk and sprinkle with sugar. Make tiny slits in top crust to allow steam to escape.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
