Spinach And Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, defrosted
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stick or 1/2 c. melted margarine
    16 oz. can creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 (7 oz.) box cornbread mix
    1/2 c. or more to taste shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in a 9 x 12-inch greased pan and bake for 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven (or 13 to 14 minutes in microwave at 70%).
