Mock Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese and lemon juice in blender.
    Blend until creamy.
    Add skim milk a tablespoon at a time to desired consistency.
    Yield: 1 cup.
    Per 1 tablespoon serving: 15 calories, 60 mg sodium and 1 mg cholesterol.
