Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
    1\\3 C. Shortening
    1 C. Sugar
    2 Eggs
    1\\2 tsp. Vanilla
    3\\4 C. Flour
    1\\2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1\\2 tsp. Salt
    1\\2 C. Nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven 350\u00b0.
    Melt chocolate and shortening in saucepan. On low heat until melted.
    Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Spread in greased 8x8x2-inch pan.
    Bake 30-35 min.
    Makes 16 2-inch squares.
