Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked rice
    3 pkg. McCormick brown gravy mix
    1 1/2 lb. thinly stripped steak
    2 onions
    2 bell peppers
    2 tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown strips of steak with onions.
    Stir in mix and 1 1/2 cups of water.
    Add 3 tablespoons soy sauce; stir until thickened.
    Cover and simmer.
    Add 2 large bell peppers cut into thin strips.
    Add 2 tomatoes cut into wedges.
    Simmer.
    Serve over rice.
