Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados, peeled and cubed
    1 medium tomato, cubed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (1-inch) piece onion
    1 to 2 jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except 2 to 3 pieces avocado in a blender.
    Process until smooth.
    Remove cover and add remaining pieces of avocado.
    Process with 2 fast pulses to chop avocado. Refrigerate until serving time.
