Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick soft butter
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    7 oz. grated coconut
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour ingredients into two 9-inch greased pie pans.
    Bake for 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
    Makes its own crust.
