Beef Fricassee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. hot water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 bouillon cube (beef)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook celery, green pepper and onion in melted margarine over low heat until tender, but not brown.
    Add beef and cook until all pink color is gone. Stir beef as it cooks.
    Add flour and mix. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and add to beef. Stir until well blended. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Turn to low heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
