Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or leftover roast
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    4 c. V-8 or tomato juice
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. beef flavor instant bouillon
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to tate
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni or other small noodles
Preparation
    In soup pot, brown meat; drain.
    Cook noodles in separate pot and drain.
    While noodles are cooking, add all other ingredients to beef; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Add noodles to soup mixture and heat through.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of each bowl.
