Versatile Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a 1 cup measure, combine buttermilk, bouillon and oregano. Let stand 10 minutes.
    Place chicken in a large bowl.
    Pour mixture over chicken; toss to coat.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    In paper or plastic bag, combine flour and paprika.
    Shake each piece of chicken in bag to coat.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Drizzle with margarine.
    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until golden.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
