Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All (mixed vegetables), drained
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 chopped medium onion
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 to 2 rolls Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix in a bowl the vegetables, mayonnaise, onion and 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Put into a greased baking dish.
    Top with remainder of cheese.
    Top with crushed Ritz (that have been mixed with 1 stick melted margarine).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly.
