German Venison Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. venison steak, cubed and floured
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
6 Tbsp. ketchup
any leftover gravy
Preparation
-
Brown cubes of meat in bacon fat.
Add onion and other ingredients.
Simmer slowly over low heat or in crock-pot for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve over noodles or rice.
