Crunchy Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    3/4 c. green pepper strips
    1 onion, sliced into rings
Preparation
    Brown pork.
    Add water.
    Simmer covered for 1 hour or until tender.
    In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, vinegar, juice and soy sauce.
    Cook 10 minutes.
    Pour over pork.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook 3 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
