Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. chopped broccoli
1 small can cream of celery soup
2/3 c. milk
8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. celery (optional)
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli 3 to 4 minutes. Cook and drain rice. Set aside. In pan, saute onions, butter and celery. Add celery soup, milk and cheese and melt thoroughly. Combine rice and broccoli; cook for few minutes, stirring. Place ingredients in casserole dish and sprinkle top with crumbs. Cook for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in oven.
