Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. diagonally sliced scallions (with tops or yellow onions)
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. diced chicken or beef, cooked
    2 c. cold, cooked rice (brown or white)
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of ginger
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet or wok; add scallions, celery and meat. Stir until vegetables are barely tender.
    Add rice and sprouts. Heat quickly while stirring.
    Beat egg with soy sauce and ginger. Add rice to mixture; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serves 4.
