Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples (Delicious)
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 pkg. Nestles chocolate

Preparation

Peel apples and dice.
Pour sugar over them and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients.
Add eggs, oil, orange juice and vanilla to sugar and apples.
Then add all dry ingredients.
Pour into a tube pan, Bundt pan or heavy large skillet.\tSprinkle chips over top and bake.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.\tSometimes I don't even peel the apples.
