Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. celery, chopped
dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. sliced vegetables of your choice: mushrooms, green pepper, onions, etc.
2 c. tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation

In a skillet saute turkey, celery, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Top with your choice of vegetable options.
Pour the tomato sauce over this and top with cheese.
Cover with the crescent rolls.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
Set for 5 minutes before slicing.
Yields 8 servings.
