Hungarian Easter Cheese(Cirak) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil in saucepan.
    Beat eggs slightly; add gradually to boiled milk.
    Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes, or until it starts to thicken and forms curds.
    Add seasonings and sugar, stirring constantly so mixture will not scorch.
    Pour mixture into a cloth or cheesecloth bag; squeeze and tie opening tightly.
    Let drain about 2 hours, or until set.
    Refrigerate. Slice before serving.
