Medium White Sauce(Makes 1 Cup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat in a saucepan over low heat the butter.
    Blend flour, salt and pepper to taste.
    Heat until mixture bubbles.
    Remove from heat, add gradually 1 cup milk.
    Cook rapidly, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
    Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
