Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. syrup
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Pop enough popcorn (salted) to fill a dishpan or extra large pan.
    Combine sugar, syrup, water and butter.
    Cook to soft ball stage on candy thermometer.
    Pour over popcorn. Mix well with large spoon.
    Butter your hands and mold into balls or use two small plastic bowls the same size to make a mold. Work quickly as the syrup on the popcorn dries fast.
