Creamy Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 oz. very soft cream cheese
    6 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt as much butter as desired in a frypan set at 320\u00b0 or medium heat.
    Cream the cream cheese in mixer bowl on #4 speed until creamy.
    Add eggs; beat 1/2 minute on #8 speed.
    Scrape bowl and beaters.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Blend in on #4 speed.
    Pour mixture into frypan.
    Cook slowly, scraping a few times from bottom and sides with a spoon.
    Do not stir constantly. Cook only until set, but still moist.
    Serve with bacon, ham or sausage.
    Garnish with chopped parsley or chives.
    Serves 4 to 6.
