Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, cut into 1/8-inch slices
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/3 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan over high heat, bring all ingredients to boil.
    Reduce heat to medium.
    Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
