Lisa Ashworth'S Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    15 oz. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in egg, then in mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
    Place in greased casserole.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn chicken over.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Heat tomato sauce and spices, then pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella on top; bake 5 more minutes.
    Serve immediately.
