Carob Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cashews (raw)
    1 c. honey
    2 1/4 c. wheat flour
    3/4 c. hydrogen peroxide (regular type)
    1/2 c. water or soy milk
    1/4 c. carob powder
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend
    cashews
    with
    water
    until
    smooth.
    Add honey, carob and
    vanilla.
    In separate bowl, place dry ingredients. Add hydrogen
    peroxide
    to liquid and whiz briefly.
    Pour wet into dry ingredients.
    Stir only to mix well.
    Pour gently and quickly into oiled
    and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, until done.
    Cool and frost.
