Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon, cooked
1 small onion
6 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
cold water
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Chop the potatoes into bite size pieces, same with the onion. Put salt, onion and potatoes into your saucepan with just enough cold water to cover them, then turn the stove to medium-high until it begins to bubble quickly.
Turn down the heat and cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir; pour milk in.
Keep stirring until smooth and hot.
