Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots or 2 jars junior baby food carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add Wesson oil and sugar.
    Sift dry ingredients; add to eggs and oil.
    Add nuts and carrots.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in three 8 or 9-inch pans (or Bundt pan).
