Tomato Jelly Salad (8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. celery, diced
    1/8 c. chopped onion
    3 peppercorns
    6 cloves
    1 sprig parsley
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook first 10 ingredients until soft.
    Remove from heat. Soften gelatin in water; stir until dissolved.
    Add and combine with first mixture, strain, chill and pour into mold(s).
    To unmold, dip in hot water.
