Mary Lou'S Greek Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box vanilla wafers (with enough butter to moisten)
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
    5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    7 jumbo large eggs
    pinch of salt
    vanilla
Preparation
    Slowly add sugar to cream cheese with electric mixer and add eggs one at a time.
    Add salt and vanilla.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Test middle at 1 hour.
    Cool completely.
    Place fruit on top and refrigerate overnight before serving.
    To remove from pan, take knife and cut all around.
    Release sides.
    Cut and serve.
