Quick Good Leftovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    leftover meat and rice
    onions
    eggs
    1 soy sauce (if you like)
Preparation
    Cut up leftover beef, pork or chicken in small pieces (need not be much).
    Place a small amount of margarine or use Pam in skillet. Place cold cooked rice in a hot skillet with chopped onions. Saute.
    When onions are cooked, add meat and beaten eggs.
    Scramble all together.
    Make a green salad and you have a fast, tasty meal.
