Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can Swanson chicken broth
    1 (5 oz.) can Swanson chunk chicken
    1 c. shredded processed cheese
    1/2 c. raw regular rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix onion, chicken broth, chicken, cheese and rice.
    Cover, bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings.
