Quick Baked Beans(Joey Mostowy, Bruin, Pennsylvania) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 strips bacon
1 clove garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 (1 lb.) can baked beans
2 hot dogs, sliced
Preparation

Cook the bacon until crisp; set aside. Saute garlic, onion and green pepper in bacon drippings until golden. Add beef. Brown well; drain. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Stir in beans and hot dogs; cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Crumble bacon over top and serve. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
