Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot or medium sausage (in roll)
Preparation
    Cut cheese into Bisquick, then mix into sausage.
    Mix real well until it forms a ball.
    Pinch off 1-inch balls and roll real solid.
    Put on cookie sheet.
    Stick in freezer for 10 minutes to make more solid.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can freeze solid and keep in freezer until ready to use.
    Makes about 100.
