Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, stems and top spears cooked but not as much as pkg. recommends
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Drain broccoli after cooking. Grease dish lightly with Crisco. Place broccoli in dish uniformly.
    Mix together mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese and cream of mushroom soup.
    After mixing together, pour this over broccoli. Top broccoli casserole with 1/2 cup crushed Cheez-Its crackers.
    Bake 30 or 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
