Banana-Oat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter/margarine, softened
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. oats
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 12 (2 1/2 inch) muffin pan cups. In large bowl mix on medium speed, beat butter and sugar until blended.
Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1 tablespoon oats, beat about 1 minute until batter is smooth.
Spoon batter into muffin cups; sprinkle with remaining oats.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Yield:
12 muffins.
