Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 Granny Smith apples
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    1 lb. butter
Preparation
    Stir together 1/4 pound of softened butter,
    nutmeg, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt with sliced apples.
    Mix lightly.
    Turn into pastry lined pie pan.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Top with crust. Slit.
    Seal and flute.
    Cover with tinfoil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Remove tinfoil the last 15 minutes.
