Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 pkg. taco mix (mild or hot)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    flour tortillas
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    black olives (to garnish, optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain off the fat.
    Mix in the tomato sauce, taco mix and soup.
    Layer the tortillas, meat mixture and cheese in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Repeat the layers until the meat mixture runs out.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated thoroughly and cheese is melted, about 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Serves 8.
