Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    5 beaten eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover and store in refrigerator overnight. Bake in muffin pans.
    May keep in refrigerator 6 weeks and bake as needed. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
