Cajun Baked Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning mix
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. haddock fillets
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and paprika in a shallow dish.
    Spread oil over haddock, then roll in spices until evenly coated.
    Place fish in a baking dish.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or when fish is flaky and tender.
    Serves 6.
