Shrimp Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1 1/4 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
    3 eggs
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Bring salted water to a boil. Add shrimp. When it comes to second boil, remove from heat. Cool shrimp under cold water. Drain. Mix together eggs, cream, cheese and salt. Slowly cook onions in butter until soft. Add to egg mixture along with chives, marjoram, parsley and cooked shrimp. Spoon into pastry shell. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
