Oven Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

16 c. thick apple pulp
1 c. cider vinegar
8 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Core and slice apples (do not peel).
Add only enough water to cook until soft.
Put through a ricer or fine sieve.
