Mississippi Shrimp-Crab-Okra Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh shrimp
    1 (8 oz.) can crabmeat
    5 c. chopped okra
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 can tomatoes
    2 qt. water
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. salt
    3 pods garlic
    2 pinches red pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Mix peeled and deveined shrimp with crabmeat.
    Make roux (dark) of flour and oil.
    Add shrimp, crab and okra, stirring for a few minutes constantly.
    Set aside.
