Deluxe Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    kosher salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar Dijon mustard
    freshly prepared bread crumbs (1 large loaf French bread)
    1 stick unsalted butter
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breasts lightly with salt and spread liberally with Dijon mustard, covering completely.
    Dip chicken pieces into bread crumbs and place in baking pan oiled with olive oil.
    Melt butter and drizzle over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
