Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. herbed croutons
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 cans Mushroom soup
    Italian seasoning
    2 lbs. sausage
    8 eggs
    5 c. milk
    1 can mushrooms
    onions & peppers, diced (amt. to taste)
Preparation
    Fry and drain sausage.
    Put everything in large bowl and stir well.
    Put into extra large baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hrs.
