Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
    Drain. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Beat eggs with milk, mustard and salt in bowl.
    Pour over layers.
    Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Yields 4 servings.
